ZANDERS & CO will ship Worldwide

All orders are manufactured once the order is received. Aprox 3-5 days.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.
If this does not happen it is usually because you have entered an incorrect email address.

Order and Delivery

This will be subject to fabric availability. If we anticipate that you will not receive the goods within that time we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of the delivery. You will then be asked to confirm the order or cancel the order. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.

Weekend or Public Holiday orders will be processed on the next working weekday.
Delivery Advice: Most deliveries are exceptionally prompt but:
We cannot give precise delivery times as it is dependent on the variable loads that couriers have and sometimes weather interruptions can also hamper deliveries. But at the risk of over-delivering on service, we just wanted to let you know your order will be shipped or trucked or maybe even hand-carried en route to you, 2-5 days after you place your order. You will be notified when your order has been despatched.

If your order does not arrive within 5 working days from despatch, please contact us at scott@zanders.nz
or phone on 021 356 895.  For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence.

We ship online orders worldwide, these are either shipped with a selected
courier or fragile freight carrier depending on the size and weight of the item.

All orders are manufactured once the order is received. Aprox 3-5 days.

Whilst we endeavour to keep all fabrics in stock we will notify you if any fabrics are currently in the ordering process, and notify you of the delivery time as most fabrics are sent from Europe.

Delivery time may vary depending on the location and size of the product. A
tracking number will be provided once the item is dispatched from our
warehouse.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours.
Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours and
business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been
shipped, including relevant tracking details.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a
workplace, where there will be someone present to receive your item between
the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

Please note that ZANDERS & CO and/or Couriers and/or NZ Post are not held
responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of the package to
the shipping address. We are only insured up to the point of delivery.

International Orders

Once an order is posted we take no responsibility for charges incurred at
receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each
country. Please note that ZANDERS & CO cannot be held responsible if a parcel
is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address.
We are only insured up to the point of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any product, with the exception of sale items, within 14 days of
receipt as long as it is in its original condition. We will process your exchange or
refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel.

No returns on sale items, no exceptions.

Whilst we endeavour to keep all products in stock, there is a possibility the item,
size, or colour, you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this event, we
will have already started the manufacturing process to replenish our stock and
will notify you of delivery times.

Returns should be sent to:

135 Zanders Road
RD2 Waimauku
Auckland 0882
NEW ZEALAND

PLEASE NOTE:

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days receiving and processing your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by ZANDERS & CO to your payment provider. We will refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. This Refund Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including the consumer guarantees which are imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, email scott@zandersandco.co.nz and provide details of the date of purchase and
order number, along with the reason for return. You will then be asked to return
your item via tracked shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the
